Can I change or pause my subscription in the app?
Your subscriptions are managed through the website where you originally booked your plan. If you want to pause your plan, you can simply cancel your current subscription there. Your account will remain active. After a pause, you can resume by logging in with your existing credentials and purchasing a new plan. (Link)

Can I use the app in multiple languages?
The app is currently available in German and English.
What should I do if I have injuries or health concerns?
For any health concerns, we recommend that every athlete consult a doctor and/or physiotherapist to obtain professional guidance on whether running or strength training is currently advisable. If certain areas of the body need to be protected but general fitness activity is possible, the app allows you to mark the affected regions under “Injuries.” The plan will then be adjusted accordingly to avoid overloading those areas.
